Heat dissipation analysis The root purpose of the Rheumattic Radiator developed in this paper is to remove high power LEDs in a timely and efficient manner. When the radiator is placed at 90 °, the temperature of the center of the heat source surface, the temperature of the center point of the evaporation surface, the average temperature of the evaporation surface and the average temperature of the condensation surface are changed with the heating power. Each part of the temperature increases with the input power increases, and the rate of increase is almost consistent. In the input power of 30 ~ 70W range, the heat source surface temperature does not exceed 75 ℃. As the input power increases, the temperature of the center point of the heat source surface at different placement angles is increasing and the rate of increase is approximately the same.
